At Pravo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Exchanges

 


If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 


 

 

European Union Customers

 


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without providing justification. The same return eligibility requirements listed above apply.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

 

  • If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
